BUENAS ESPECTATIVAS PARA EL OTOÑO

Queridos seguidores/as de este blog.

El proyecto sigue adelante por increíble que pueda parecer dadas las actuales adversas circunstancias de crisis económica que nos rodean, nos invaden y, en ocasiones, ya casi hasta nos aburren y nos hacen sospechar.

Os anuncio que el próximo mes de Octubre he sido invitado por FRAME www.frame-fund.fi para participar en un seminario titulado: “New Rules of Art Policy and Other Fantasies”.

Se celebrará en Helsinki, el 12 y 13 de Octubre, en un nuevo centro llamado CIRKO.

Creo que esto es una consecuencia directa del trabajo y el esfuerzo del Embajador de Finlandia en España y del Embajador de España en Finlandia, conjuntamente, en su ánimo de apoyar mi proyecto. Parece increíble ¿verdad? …Pues es real.

Por otro lado os cuento que sigo trabajando en el comité de “espacio trapézio” en Madrid, donde hemos arrancado la temporada con una interesante exposición de propuestas de 10 colectivos artísticos titulada “Contrahegemonías”, en colaboración con la Universidad Europea de Madrid, que os recomiendo www.espaciotrapezio.org

Y en el aspecto más propiamente creativo de mi labor como artista visual, ya estoy trabajando en un nuevo proyecto del que poco a poco os iré contando y presentando. Cambios en mis planteamientos estéticos y formales que venía madurando desde hace algún tiempo y que, por fin, he comenzado a trabajar.

GOOD EXPECTATIONS FOR FALL

The project goes ahead as incredible as it may seem given the current economic crisis adverse circumstances around us, invade us, and sometimes as almost to bore us and make us suspicious.

I tell you that next month of October I have been invited by FRAME www.frame-fund.fi to participate in a seminar entitled "New Rules of Art Policy and Other Fantasies".

It will be held in Helsinki on 12-13 October, in a new center called CIRKO.

I think this is a direct consequence of the work and efforts of the Ambassador of Finland in Spain and the Ambassador of Spain in Finland, together, in their minds to support my project. It seems incredible, right? ... For real.

On the other hand I tell you that I'm still working on the committee of "space trapeze" in Madrid, where we started the season with an interesting exhibition of 10 artists' collectives proposals entitled "counter-hegemonies" in collaboration with the European University of Madrid, which I recommend you www.espaciotrapezio.org

And in the actual creative aspect of my work as a visual artist, I'm working on a new project that I'll slowly counting and presenting. Changes in my aesthetic and formal approaches that had been maturing for some time and finally I´ve started to work.
